Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. Cancellation requests can be made before your order has been dispatched.

* To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
* Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
* Orders that have already been dispatched and subsequently refused or returned due to non-acceptance will be treated as a return-to-origin (RTO) shipment, and applicable shipping costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
* Once an order has been delivered, cancellation, return, or exchange is not available.
